OARS rowers were on a much bigger stage this weekend as we competed against teams throughout the southeast. Depending on the number of entries in each event, rowers had to make it through several rounds of racing including time trials, semi-finals, & finals. The Southeast region gets faster & much more competitive every year and so do we! The results we saw this weekend is a direct result of the commitment that our rowers and coaches put into this program every day. Overall as a team, we placed 2nd out of 43 teams!
