Located in Windermere, Florida, on the beautiful Butler Chain of Lakes, OARS is a 501 (c)(3) nonprofit, volunteer-driven organization dedicated to making the sport of rowing accessible to individuals of nearly all ages. Our Youth Programs serve students in grades 6–12, while our Masters Programs offer both recreational and competitive opportunities for adult rowers.

The mission of OARS is to develop excellence in rowing. In pursuit of this goal, our programs emphasize athletic conditioning, technical precision, and high-performance training.
