Rowing is a low impact, full body, aerobic and weight bearing workout. As a member of OARS Masters you will receive coaching, on the water and on the ergs, during regularly scheduled practices. Emphasis will be on individual technique as well as performance as a crew. OARS has recreational levels of rowing as well as opportunities for competitive rowing on a local, state and regional basis.
Our facilities are part of the larger OARS organization which includes Middle School, Youth, Student, and Masters.
Our fleet includes 8’s, 4’s and doubles.
Rowing is a year round sport at OARS. It is a lifestyle.
Join us for a Learn-to-Row session if you would like to learn or a regularly scheduled practice session if your already experienced.
