This camp runs Monday - Friday 8:00 am - 10:30 am
Cost per session: $175
You may sign up for one or more sessions, payments are non-refundable and due at time of registration.
Our Strength Camp is designed to help high school rowers achieve significant performance gains over the summer through targeted strength and conditioning training. This specialized program focuses on developing power, endurance, and overall athletic performance — key elements for success in rowing.
Participants will engage in a combination of weight training, bodyweight exercises, and rowing-specific strength drills designed to improve technique, build muscle, and enhance cardiovascular fitness. Under the guidance of experienced coaches, athletes will learn proper lifting techniques, injury prevention strategies, and personalized workouts tailored to their individual goals.
To maximize results, rowers are encouraged to commit to at least 3-6 weeks of training. This consistency allows athletes to progressively build strength, develop proper form, and see measurable improvements. Whether you're looking to increase your erg scores, improve your on-water performance, or gain an edge for the upcoming season, Strength Camp provides the tools and support to help you succeed.
